- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆spent alot of money to get a special package to russia.Seems the packaging specialists should have had some knowledge of diffculties of getting packages into russia. we declared package value and were led to believe that we had insured the package. 60 dollars to mail and box it.We emailed the store several times when package appeared to never leave the country.Now, nearly 4 months later as we stopped by the store yet again the package to ask,the package comes back to us. Its perishable and now unusable and told they would not have insured something perishable. Again not told this at shipping time.We paid for our box to go around the system. As far as i am concerned this store did not do ts job and we should have gotten our money back. My advice use FEDEX .By patricia stabler, April 27, 2017
